Design consultation
All projects begin with a design meeting with Chris together with the client and their architect or builder. The meeting can be onsite or in our Bayswater office, and will cover key elements.
Check measure
Once the on-site check measure is complete, shop drawings are constructed for approval by both the client and the architect or builder.
Manufacture
Once the plans are signed off, they are sent to our factory so the manufacturing process can begin. Our skills tradesmen work their magic with clear quality control steps built into our processes.
Installation
Once manufacture is complete, the project is installed on site by our specialist installation team.
We believe clear and consistent communication is the key to the successful completion of any project. Through every stage of every project, Chris is involved and available to answer questions and provide updates.
We’re also realistic to know that sometimes things don’t go exactly to plan and there are times external forces such as availability of materials or hardware may cause delays in the schedule. If we foresee any disruption to the process, you will be immediately notified and we’ll do our best to re-work the schedule to minimise the impact on your project deadlines.
PLANNING & DESIGN
We work closely with architects, builders and building designers to plan and design every centimetre of the interior joinery space. We can assist with colour and material selection, suggest solutions for design challenges or work with the professional drawings supplied by the designer or architect. Our years of experience manufacturing cabinets and joinery gives us a great insight into the needs of residential environments and we are able to apply those skills to ensure your project is completed exactly as you want it.
CONSTRUCTION
We stay in contact with all members of the build team during construction to ensure we are on site when needed and our work is completed within the time allocated on the schedule. We work closely with all trades on site to guarantee a seamless and stress-free finish whether a single room or a whole house fit out. As part of a large renovation, we become an integral part of the team during construction making sure communication lines are clear and everyone is on the same page.
INSTALLATION
Our experienced specialist installation team oversees every aspect of the cabinetry installation process. All items are quality control checked at our factory before being delivered to site. Our installers are efficient, professional and highly experienced meaning you are assured of a quality finish for all joinery items. We take care of any in-situ items during installation, such as walls or flooring, and are careful to clean up after ourselves.
